Bonjour,

Merci pour ta version améliorée de cette image. Par contre, il doit y avoir un problème, car la photo de base avait une résolution de 4272×2848, et la tienne seulement 510×340. Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Upload of modificated images

Hi, could you upload modificated images like this as a new image? Jastrows older version was very different from yours, so you create a new image. Your object is "flying" in an empty room, Jastrows image was standing on a ground. Not everybody likes the unnatural flying ones. Both images are ok - but please as two different images. J’ai annulé votre création de « 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 » aujourd’hui. Le fichier originel est conforme à la définition de « chiffre » du Nouveau petit Le Robert, dictionnaire de la langue française.

Mais je vous conseille de demander à votre source Robert de bien vérifier ce qu'ils disent et éventuellement de passer quelques jours à l'école primaire (élémentaire) où on apprend à compter bien évidemment 0, 1, 2...
Il y a de fait une pagaille avec ce chiffre et nombre 0 qui n'existait pas du temps des romains, qu'on est allé jusqu'à interdire dans les années 1300 (13 = 14ième siècle pour compléter le tableau) et auquel certains ont bien du mal à s'habituer.
Je vous conseille d'aller voir l'article Chiffres arabes en version arabe (qui doivent en connaître au moins autant que Robert à propos des chiffres arabes), en version anglaise, en version russe, je me suis arrêté là, et vous verrez partout 0, 1, 2... Vraiment, Robert et vous êtes hors norme.
Dites bien à Robert qu'ils font de l'obscurantisme et que ce courant est révolu depuis le 18ème siècle.
C'est de la désinformation de la part de Robert.
