Notice

Flickr automatically, and sometimes incorrectly, asserts that all files released under a Creative Commons license were released under version 2.0 of the license, regardless of the author's intention. Such was the case with this file. Because of Flickr's inaccurate assertion, the Flickr upload bot also incorrectly identified this file as having been released under a version 2.0 Creative Commons license.

However, this file, according to both the author's intention and the original description posted along with the photo, was actually released and made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 United States (CC BY 3.0 US) license.
