This account is a sock puppet account operated by Wikimedia Philippines (WMPH) for uploading images taken during Wikipedia Takes Manila, held last January 15, 2011. The account is currently being maintained by Sky Harbor, WMPH President, and is used as a backup mechanism to allow for images taken by Wikipedia Takes Manila participants to be uploaded to Commons using Commonist in the event that image uploads made using the Wikimedia Photo Scavenger Hunts tool fail.
