Volkan Yuksel (1968 - ?): Turkish electronics engineer and amateur digital photography enthusiast. Working in the field of LED light development, system integration and effect programming. His distinct interests include, aerial stereo photography through passenger planes, stereo infrared photos and panoramas. Since 2007 he is been moderating Turkish forum at Panoramio.com which is a global photo sharing site now owned by Google.
