LivingBot is a bot operated by User:Jarry1250, who is most easily reachable on the English Wikipedia. Over there, the bot does some random stuff, none of it very high profile; here on Commons, the bot updates time series data graphs automatically, both uploading new versions and updating their file descriptions as appropriate. This bot runs in PHP, using elements from the Peachy framework, and you can read its (rather brief) approval for its task here.
