Thierry Noir and Kiddy Citny are the two painters of those 5 pieces of the Berlin Wall. Those pieces were painted in September 1985 along the Waldemarstrasse in Berlin Kreuzberg. If you pay attention during the film of Wim Wenders: The Wings of Desire,you can see Thierry Noir by painting exactly at this part of the wall. This scene appears after 90 minutes when Bruno Ganz walks along the wall and see colors for the first time. There is a long travelling and you see Thierry Noir on a ladder, right to this red head.

Just one note: In September 1985 Thierry Noir painted these graffitis you see in Wim Wender's film Wings of Desire, but the film does not play in September 1985. The scene you see in the film, when the fallen angel walks along the Berlin Wall in Waldemarstrasse, were made in winter 1985/1986, very probably this scene in January 1986.
