Hi! I'm Duncan1800 (Duncan Malloch). I'm a fan of anything automotive, and a follower of pretty much anything mechanical (tractors, trains, trucks, motorcycles, aircraft, engines, etc.). Lately, my automotive interests have spread into the deep history of motorsports as well.

I'm also interested in old computers and video games, as well as comic books (and the occasional manga series). Yes, I'm a geek, and I'm becoming rather proud of it! Add to that my recent understanding of the term "roadgeek", and I guess that fits too. Put it this way - if I actually went to parties, I'd either be intensely boring or extremely fascinating depending on your opinion. To temper those geek-tendencies, I'm also a fairly massive sports fan - baseball and football are favorites, but I also watch a lot of basketball when the other two aren't on.

As a resident of Colorado (and Colorado Springs in particular), I have made a modest goal for myself of beginning to add some local images to the WikiCommons where they are needed.

Feel free to leave a comment on my talk page, and thanks for stopping by!
