This is a special account used to upload medias from the Category:Bibliothèque cantonale et universitaire de Lausanne. On fr.wikipedia.org, it is run as a bot to upload articles. It will upload a limited number of pictures on commons, but is not run as a bot here (it is a human doing the edits in a browser, without any automated tool); this account has to be used nevertheless because the OTRS authorization for the uploads is linked to it.
