My name is Aritz Carballo Ernaga, I am currently studing Masters Degree in Sports Training and High Performance in León University (Spain). During my studies, I learned the keys about the performance in sports and I specialiced on team sports, concretely on rugby. Moreover, I put in practise a lot of what I have learned, doing tactical analysis of different matches, technical analysis of skills, evaluating trainings or currying out the strength and conditioning program in León Rugby Club.

An example about put in practise my knowledges was to make a web-page explaining the services that I can give with my experience and my studies. This web site is WORK RUGBY.

Now, I am realizing an internship in NUIG (National University of Ireland, Galway) as researcher and one of my tasks is to investigate about Circuit Training.
