Option for displayname

{{Editrequest}} {{PD-user-w}} allows for a changeable displayname (as in, Some user's name instead of just User:Some user if they care to identify themselves), but this currently doesn't use that. I changed the other language ones that likewise didn't have this based on those that did already, but since this particular one is protected for some reason, could someone kindly be a dear and add parameter 4 such that it's an option, and also put it all on one line so it doesn't create extra unnecessary pagebreaks, as follows?
