Add parameter for destination wiki?

I notice that this template names the English Wikipedia as the destination for a file prior to its deletion, but I’ve seen it being used for files claimed by other projects, Wikisource for example. Would it be possible to add a parameter such that entering an interwiki code would display the wiki‘s full name in the notice? (The default value would be “w:en” to correspond with the present text.)—Odysseus1479 (talk) 21:25, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
