New Module:Ordinal implementation

I've implemented a new Lua module Module:Ordinal intended to replace the implementation of this template. See Module_talk:Ordinal/testcases for the test cases and Module talk:Ordinal for discussion about the module itself. The goal of the Lua implentation was to preserve the legacy output from the current {{Ordinal}} template in the cases where the current template implements a particular language. The Lua code does so, except for two cases:

• Spanish — the original Ordinal always outputs values as 32^e, regardless of gender. This disagrees with multiple sources. This module outputs Spanish ordinals as either 33.^o or 34.^a depending on gender.
• The "d" style for English (i.e. English legal style ordinals). The old code, by default, would superscript the "d". This does not match conventional legal style for ordinals, as the Bluebook and other citation authorities forbid superscripted ordinals.

Because it is used on thousands of pages, I didn't switch {{Ordinal}} to use Module:Ordinal on my own, but if there are no suggested improvement or objections, I'll make the switch.
