Similar to {{Agência Brasil}} Empresa Brasil de Comunicação changed license policy on 23 February 2017. See wayback 23.02.2017 and 24.02.2017 (CC-notice gone). All photos produced (taken) by Empresa Brasil de Comunicação since (including) 24 February 2017 and uploaded to Commons are most likely NOT compatible with COM:L. Older images, even uploaded after 23 February 2017 using {{EBC}}, are not affected since they were originally published under a CC license which is non-revocable.
