Please include this tag for the filters. This tag is needed to compliment existing tags, and fill a void where these requirements need to be met. For those that don't know, the Creative Commons license still requires a copyright, because the creative commons is a set of terms to suppliment the license. This tag is useful for those (like me) that want to comply with the terms and use the law to protect ownership, yet still make their material available under the broadest terms.
