Drop jQuery UI support

This template is an alternative to {{Clickable button}} & {{Clickable button 2}}, which use jQuery UI. Yet, there are some pieces in this template as well that refer to jQuery UI. Please sync this sandbox change these sandbox changes to remove them and make it clear that this template is for mediawiki.ui and only for mediawiki.ui. @AntiCompositeNumber: They aren’t, as far as I know. Using a Pywikibot script derived from harvest_template.py, I created the following statistics:
