Terms of use changed[edit]
Source https://www.mar.mil.br/menu_h/fotos/fotos.htm = 404. We have now https://www.mar.mil.br/menu_v/acervo_fotografico/fotos.html = "As fotos não podem ser utilizadas para fins comerciais." = Photos may not be used for commercial purposes = incompatible with Commons. So, apparently mar.mil.br changed his license policy to a more restrictiv one. I got an archive from 05.02.2011, which still allows the "free" use, but all uploads after that date need to be... well, checked. 02.2011 might be the date of license policy change because at 09.02.2011 Marinha do Brasil (Navy of Brazil) started to upload at Flickr = http://www.flickr.com/photos/mboficial/page12/ = © All rights reserved. - BTW: "The Navy's public relations service states that all the images from their website are free for use provided the source is cited." --> that´s a lousy interpretation: http://web.archive.org/web/20110205213815/http://mar.mil.br/menu_h/fotos/fotos_mb.htm referred only to images from the "Acervo fotográfico" (photographic archive) and not to ALL IMAGES published at mar.mil.br... - Update: https://www.mar.mil.br/menu_v/acervo_fotografico/fotos.html (which limited the use only for non-commercial purpose since ~02.2011) is now 404 and was last archived in 12.2013. It seems so that mar.mil.br moved all his "acervo fotográfico"/photographic archive to Flickr or elsewhere. The template should be tagged with
