Tagging a file with this template grants the Wikimedia Foundation irrevocable relicensing rights for that version of that file. This should be used in conjunction with another free license template. Only add this tag if you own all copyrights for this file. See also Category:Wikimedia licensing permissions for the related user templates, which mark all one's current contributions under the same agreement.

Per-file licensing rights granted to Wikimedia Foundation I, the creator of this file, grant non-exclusive permission for the Wikimedia Foundation Inc. to relicense this file under any copyleft license that it chooses, provided it maintains the free and open spirit of the GFDL. This permission acknowledges that future licensing needs of the Wikimedia projects may need adapting in unforeseen fashions to facilitate other uses, formats, and locations.
