Use it to show the help text for an "Old maps" category (TFOMC).

Usage

Template parameters

Parameter	Description		Default	Status
1	The geographical area (e.g. Africa, China, Brittany, United States, etc.) or entity (city, town, island, etc.). This name will be translated by default with {{City}} where it is displayed.	entity	empty	required
2	The alternative name (or link), possibly translated, of the entity to display when {{City}} fails to translate it correctly (notably when it will transclude an template which is in fact not a "Multilingual tag" template, such as a navigation template).	display name	{{City|{{{1}}}}}	optional
