Navigational template that must be used in the categories related to the member unions of Rugby Europe, the governing body of rugby union in Europe

Usage

Parameter	Description		Default	Status
`prefix`	subject	the subject related to the Rugby Europe member country (i.e.: :Category:Rugby union coaches from country). Its minimum value is :Category:	empty	required
`suffix`	normally a qualificator	whatever completes the description of the category topic. Example: :Category:Players of (prefix) country national rugby union team (suffix)	empty	optional
