Used to report that a file from Picasa Web Albums (see Commons:Picasa Web Albums files) does not require review using {{Picasareview}}.
This template would be used, for example, in cases where either the uploader is confirmed to be the same person as the Picasa user, or where OTRS permission for the image has been received.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Picasa Web Albums files not requiring review
