(Both at least 60 years have passed after the photograph was published, or 60 years the author has died (Law on Copyright Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 2, Article 26) Use this template exclusively for photos and NOT for drawings or other pieces of art. Warning: date and source of any publication prior to 60 year old must be indicated so anyone can check it, and clear evidence that the image was taken more than 60 years ago must be given.
