Lake Lucerne side-wheel paddle steamer "Unterwalden" at the "steamer parade" celebrating her comprehensive restoration and re-entering service, 7 May 2011. "Unterwalden" is the only steamer on Lake Lucern which is able to retract her chimney, steering cabin and venting tubes as well as to lower the masts, all in order to pass the low Acheregg bridge near Stansstad. This video shows her with everything retracted/lowered and passing the bridge. As it's the inauguration act after restoration, it's accompanied by water jets from fire engines, which also let their sirens sound. At the moment of passing the bridge, the accompanying steamships (not visible) as well as the "Unterwalden" herself let their steam whistles sound.
