“Preludio Sinfonico” in A major (Op. 1) by Giacomo Puccini. The “Preludio Sinfonico” was composed by the young Puccini for his final exam at Milan Conservatory in 1882. Although receiving poor critical reception upon its release, part of this work was reused by Puccini for Edgar and Le Villi operas.
