This template links Commons categories for cultural heritage to lists of cultural heritage sites in Russia. The template reads three parameters:

First parameter provides the pagename in Russian Wikivoyage. All pages are stored under "Культурное наследие России/", so you have to specify the rest of the pagename. For example,

"1=Калужская область/Козельский район" 

will produce a link to Культурное наследие России/Калужская область/Козельский район

Parameter ru= contains the gender to produce the correct phrase. For example,

"ru=Козельского района" 

generates: Список памятников культурного наследия Козельского района

Parameter en= contains the region/locality name in English. For example,

"en=Kozelsky district" 

generates: List of cultural heritage monuments in Kozelsky district
