This documentation is transcluded from Template:CRT shortcut/doc.

Places an anchor, "See also" link and shortcut box in a Commons:Copyright rules by territory sub-page

Usage

{{CRT shortcut |1= |2= }}

Place just after the section header. The template should not be transcluded. E.g. use:
     <noinclude>{{CRT shortcut|FOP|Australia}}</noinclude>
This will create an anchor named "FOP", a "See also" link to Commons:Freedom of panorama and a shortcut box naming COM:FOP Australia.

Anchor

The anchor provides a convenient, language-independent way for another page to link to the section in this page. E.g.

See also {{pg|Commons:Copyright rules by territory/France#FOP}}

From a French-language page the above would link to

Commons:Copyright rules by territory/France/fr#FOP

However, since the anchor is placed just after the section name, the browser may not display the section name unless the user scrolls up. The user may just see:

To provide a better user experience, you may choose to place an explicit anchor before the section header, and to suppress the anchor generated by this template. Thus:

</translate>
<noinclude>{{anchor|FOP}}
</noinclude><translate>
==Freedom of Panorama==
</translate>
<noinclude>{{CRT shortcut |FOP|France|anchor=no}}
</noinclude><translate>

When the user follows a link to a page with an explicit anchor like this, they will see something like:

Freedom of panorama
