Template:Additional license error

Provides warning message, and transcludes {{Speedy delete text}} (i.e. nominates the labelled file for speedy deletion).
The template should be called by the following code, to be placed at the top of license templates which should only be used via {{Additional license}} (TEMPLATENAME must be replaced by the relevant template name)
