The sound played in "Other Media" is a moose or elk (American Elk Bugling.ogg), and I hear the animal described as in german de:Wapiti. It is not the sound you expect when you come from en:Red Deer. The difficulty may be the fact that there is no Red Deer in America (there are some imported in Argentinia and Chile), they live in Europe, central Asia and North Africa.
