Slussen

Slussen is a lock in central Stockholm. At Slussen, lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea meet. In a broader meaning, Slussen also refers to the area around the locks, including the squares Ryssgården, Södermalmstorg and Slussplan. There is a subway station in the are with the same name.
