I can hardly believe this. Does a submarine cable acutally have GPS? Looks like it's not working properly. --88.159.13.2

- 198.120.224.68 Wrote (see history): "DISCLAIMER: I downloaded the GPS file from the agency, geocoded the coordinates, and uploaded the coordinates into the mapping software. The point of this map is to show exactly how inaccurate the coordinates from the agency were as opposed to a regular depiction of a cable crossing. I am not responsible for the accuracy of the coordinates provided by the agency."
- The file is called: "Submarine cable ACTUAL location". Now it is purpose is "to show exactly how inaccurate the coordinates from the agency" are? Why has this file such an misleading title?
