I can hardly believe this. Does a submarine cable acutally have GPS? Looks like it's not working properly. --88.159.13.2

The point of this map is to show exactly how inaccurate the coordinates from the agency were as opposed to a regular depiction of a cable crossing. I am not responsible for the accuracy of the coordinates provided by the agency."
The file is called: "Submarine cable ACTUAL location". Now it is purpose is "to show exactly how inaccurate the coordinates from the agency" are? Why has this file such an misleading title?
