it is undisputed that this map represents Serbia as of 2006. For contexts that discuss times later than February, 2008, it may be appropriate to use a different map, highlighting the territorial dispute, such as File:Europe location Serbia, Kosovo highlighted.png. This doesn't affect this map, which clearly has "Kosovo included" in its title, and uncontroversially depicts the Republic of Serbia from June 2006 to January 2008. --Dbachmann (talk) 13:06, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

The template {{Image fork}} is not really correct because essentially there exists already a fork of the map it only needs to be uploaded under a different filename.
