Missing elements[edit]
In this form it is not the standard of the president, this is just a picture, as not enough gold fringe on the edge, the shaft and spear.
В данном виде это не штандарт президента, а просто рисунок, т.к. не хватает золотой бахромы по краю, древка и копья.
Штандарт (флаг) Президента Российской Федерации представляет собой квадратное полотнище из трех равновеликих горизонтальных полос: верхней - белого, средней - синего и нижней - красного цвета (цвета Государственного флага Российской Федерации). В центре - золотое изображение Государственного герба Российской Федерации. Полотнище окаймлено золотой бахромой. На древке штандарта (флага) крепится серебряная скоба с выгравированными фамилией, именем и отчеством Президента Российской Федерации и датами его пребывания на этом посту. - Most of the time, standard images do not contain the staff, fringe or spear on the Commons. Since the symbols of Russia are not protected by copyright, the picture of the flag can also be used on the Commons and can be used in Wikipedia articles. Accuracy of image[edit]
I think this image should be just composed from File:Flag of Russia.svg and File:Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation 2.svg. There is no sense to illustrate it in any other way because original image from law is bitmap and real standart (exists in single variant), its copies and flags on vessels and vehicles may look different.
