I have replaced this file with the actual NOAA sound file cropped to the "bloop" sound. The original poster edited the file by attempting to slow it down by a factor of 16 to listen to the sound in real-time. However, this was done incorrectly with a "reduce tempo" function in a sound editor, which creates a completely erroneous sampled sound that is nothing like the actual sound. The correct way to reduce the speed of the file is to play it at a sampling rate of 2756 Hz if you desire to hear it in real time. Please do not reupload the incorrect file. It is very misleading to users trying to understand what the "Bloop" sounds like. -Series8217
