There is no concensus (outside COM:TOL) on whether a categorised gallery replaces a properly categorised image. Therefor please do not remove the categores from the image. /Lokal_Profil 21:50, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Indeed, galleries are no replacement for categories. They are only for convenience of human users reviewing the images, while categories are machine-readable. Wojsyl 05:40, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
