Description
English: Shown are 6 time-lapse videos of the phasmid cilia of N2 wild type, che-11(e1810) and bbs-8(nx77) worms expressing the indicated GFP::RAB-28 reporter (all under the control of the endogenous rab-28 gene promoter). For illustration purposes, all videos played at 1.75x normal speed (original videos taken at 4 frames per second and played here at 7 frames per second). BB; basal body, cil; ciliary axonemes. Scale bars; 2 μm.
