Nederlands: Misschien kom je weleens dat groen-, geel- of rood kleurige labeltje tegen op producten in de supermarkt: de Nutri-Score. Die Nutri-Score geeft aan of een product gezond of ongezond is. Maar je vindt in de supermarkt ook ongezonde producten zoals chips, cola en diepvriespizza met een positief A of B-label. Klopt die Nutri-Score dan eigenlijk wel? Voedingswetenschapper Alie de Boer (Maastricht University) legt in de Werkplaats van deze week uit hoe ongezonde producten door een wetenschappelijke rekenmethode alsnog een positief A-label kunnen krijgen.
