Nederlands: "Deze sigaret is de allerlaatste die ik rook, daarna is het gedaan". Als je ooit een roker was, of het nog altijd bent, ken je dat voornemen ongetwijfeld. En weet je dat het verdomd moeilijk is om je eraan te houden en te stoppen met roken. Professor Filip Lardon heeft goed en slecht nieuws: het goeie is dat het niet aan je (gebrek aan) wilskracht ligt, dat je niet kan stoppen. Hoe het dan wel komt, legt de professor in dit college uit! En euh... het slechte nieuws: het is écht kei-ongezond. Dus blijf het proberen. Of begin er gewoon nooit aan! |
