    • Besonderheit: Mit Einführung der Bw-Dienstgrade Hauptfeldwebel OR7/8 und OberstabsfeldwebelOR-9, ist OFw heute OR6 bewertet.
English: German Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, rank insignia until 1945 – shoulder strap:
  • Rank Oberfeldwebel (comparable to UK – Staff sergeant/ US – Sergeant First Class, doday comparable to NATO OR-7)
    • Particularity: by introduction of the Bundesweh grades Hauptfeldwebel OR7/8 und Oberstabsfeldwebel OR-9, the Oberfeldwebel rank is on level OR6.
