Semplici הוא אחד הגנים הבוטנאים המגוונים באיטליה. היא כוללת צמחים, הגדלים בתנאי חממה, מאזורים אחרים בעולם. הגן הוא חלק מהמוזיאון Natural History של University of Florence.

הגן הוקם על-ידי Cosimo I de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany ביום 1 בדצמבר 1545. הוא הגן השלישי העתיק באירופה, אחרי הגן של פיזה והגן של פדובה.

משמעות שם הגן:"Giardino_dei_semplici" - הגן שבו מגדלים ירקות לצרכי ריפוי, לפי השם הלטיני: Horto dei semplici.

כמו רב הגנים הבוטניים העתיקים, מטרתו היתה לגדל צמחי מרפא. בשנת 1753 הגן קבל כיוון נוסף לניסויים חקלאיים

הגן כולל היום 9,000 צמחים. חלק מהצמחים עתיקים כמו: Taxus baccata (1720) and Quercus suber (1805)
