English: Veena Poovu (English: Fallen Flower) is a 1907 Malayalam poem written by Kumaran Asan. The poem is considered the beginning of a new era in Malayalam literature, and is one of Asan's most significant works. This is an audio recording of this poem recited by Neelima Aravind
മലയാളം: മലയാളത്തിലെ പ്രശസ്ത കവിയായ കുമാരനാശാൻ രചിച്ച ഖണ്ഡകാവ്യമാണ് വീണപൂവ്. 1907 ഡിസംബറിൽ ‘മിതവാ’ പത്രത്തിലാണ് ഈ ഖണ്ഡകാവ്യം ആദ്യമായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്. മലയാള കാവ്യാന്തരീക്ഷത്തിൽ തികച്ചും നൂതനമായൊരു അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു വീണപൂവ് എന്ന ഖണ്ഡകാവ്യം. ഈ കവിത നീലിമ അരവിന്ദ് ആലപിച്ചതിന്റെ റെക്കോർഡിങ് ആണ് ഇത് |
