View of anchor bridge number 310 looking west along the main track located to the north of the Cos Cob power plant. The load dispatcher's tower is shown in the left foreground. At this station the dispatcher controlled power output to various parts of the system. The structure serves the same purpose in 1993 and can be operated locally or remotely from Metro-North's headquarters in Manhattan.
