Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Confocal time-lapse sequence showing the spatial distribution of EphA2 and Rab5 upon treatment with 0.33 mM pervanadate. Ectopically expressed EphA2-mCitrine (left column, inverted grey scale), mCherry-Rab5 (middle column, inverted grey scale) and an RGB overlay of EphA2-mCitrine (green), mCherry-Rab5 (magenta). Cos-7 cells were treated with a freshly prepared pervanadate solution (0.33 mM) immediately after the first frame and imaged every 40 sec.
