Description
English: Perturbation of ubiquitin homeostasis in the cell by a proteasome inhibitor leads to loss of nuclear ubiquitin. Cells stably expressing YFP-Ubi were treated at T = 0 with the proteasome inhibitor MG132 and imaged every five minutes.
