Description
English: Supplementary Movie 4 Time-lapse overlay of phase contrast and fluorescence (Cdc10-mCherry) images of a representative TetO2-TLC1 rad51? lineage (yT641). The cells were grown in the microfluidic device for ~23 h before doxycycline addition and monitored for >64 h.
