Description
English: Movement of PFC0435c in erythrocyte. Erythocytes infected with P. falciparum expressing TVN-JP1-GFP were imaged on a spinning disc confocal microscope. Images were collected every second with an exposure time of 180 ms for thirty seconds. Movie displays five frames per second, and thus is sped up five-fold from real time.
