Description
English: Supplemental video 1 - migration and early outgrowth of dbd and ddaE. Z-projections of time-lapse two-photon series of control dbd from 28 to 45 h APF from Figure 4A, showing migration of dbd and ddaE in opposite directions along the nerve, growth cone turning and initial outgrowth. Z-stacks were taken every 30 minutes, and the animal was re-centered under the microscope at 43 h APF.
