IMP CAES NERVAE TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS V P P, laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder, with aegis
S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI, S C across lower field, AQVA TRAIANA in exergue, the genius of the Aqua Traiana reclining left, elbow resting on urn from which water flows, holding reed in right hand; all under an arched grotto without supporting columns.

S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI, S C nella parte bassa, AQVA TRAIANA in esergo, il genio dell'Aqua Traiana sdraiata sul fianco sinistro, il gomito appoggiato su un'urna da cui sgorgano flussi d'acqua, una canna nella mano destra, il tutto sotto una grotta ad arco senza il supporto di colonne.
