Description
English: Animation of a FIB/FESEM series of SEM micrographs (1 kV, signal ratio 30% SE and 70% BSE) showing sequential images of milled surface revealing the exposed centromere interior. The series is of 124 images acquired after sequential 5 nm milling steps.
