Summary[edit]

Description
English: Severity of seizures in kainic acid treated rats. The movie shows behavior of rats (104 sec. sequence), 80 minute after KA injection, when the first visible signs of response to drug occurred. The grade of seizures is coded with different colors of arrows pointing to seizing animals, i.e.: myoclonic twitching and tremor (green arrows), bilateral forelimb clonus with lordotic posture (blue arrows).
