DescriptionSpacer-free-BODIPY-fluorogens-in-antimicrobial-peptides-for-direct-imaging-of-fungal-infection-in-ncomms10940-s4.ogv |
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Time-lapse high-resolution imaging of A. fumigatus upon treatment with the peptide 8. A. fumigatus were pre-treated with a cell membrane counterstain (red signal) and imaged under confocal microscope. After 20 s, cells were treated with the peptide 8 (2 μM, green signal) and further imaged without any washing. The movie shows the rapid fluorogenic response of 8 upon interaction with the fungal cell membrane and subsequent internalisation in lipophilic environments. Scale bar: 2.5 μm. |
