English: Southern New England, rendered with USGS elevation data at 1 Arc Second (approx. 30m per point). Using custom software written with C++. The latest additions to the code allow for significantly larger datasets and the ability to utilize multiple data sets for a single model (this one being a composite of 17 sets @ about 800MB total). Likely doesn't stack up to the professional software suites out there, but at least it's fun to write! Full resolution renderings available upon request, provided I haven't deleted or overwritten them... |
